Jan Sickmann is the founder and managing partner of IMPREOS^®.

His many years of business and management experience come from having held CEO, CRO and executive roles in the machinery, electrical engineering and process industries. The companies concerned generated sales of between 15 million and 1.5 billion euros.

Jan Sickmann has also held COO posts where he managed production divisions, established, expanded, relocated and closed international production sites and carried out various lean manufacturing projects.

In addition to his management experience, he brings transformation skills and digital expertise to his mandates, having developed these competencies while working for strategic consultancies, among other past employers.

Holding degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration, Jan speaks German, English, Italian and French and has an international network in the performance improvement space. He is also a member of various professional associations and the transformation practices of well-known interim management companies.

Monika Sickmann is a partner in IMPREOS^® and works in the field of analytics. She is in charge of project development and client support during the development and use of our Optimizers.

As a fully qualified lawyer with a focus on collective and individual employment law, she also has experience from previously working in the human resources departments of a German telecommunications group and a German commercial bank.
