Reference Projects in Building Technology and Construction

Competition is becoming increasingly global in the building technology and construction sector. The industry must therefore develop clear growth strategies that include new, digitalized sales platforms in addition to the traditional sales channels.

We design cost-efficient sales structures for our clients and conduct digital transformation projects, thereby ensuring that they have the right basis for sustainable market share gains.

Efficiency improvements in the sales organization by centralizing back office sales and introducing faster, digital processes

We enabled leaner, faster processes by establishing a new, central back office sales organization at the company’s head office. Simultaneously negotiated on the employer’s behalf a reconciliation of interests/social plan for the socially acceptable implementation of downsizing measures and closed six sales offices.

Results: Complete restructuring program developed and implemented within eight months (including designing the program itself, recruitment and establishment of central back office sales organization, closure of six branches across the country, stakeholder communications).
