We enabled leaner, faster processes by establishing a new, central back office sales organization at the company’s head office. Simultaneously negotiated on the employer’s behalf a reconciliation of interests/social plan for the socially acceptable implementation of downsizing measures and closed six sales offices.
Results: Complete restructuring program developed and implemented within eight months (including designing the program itself, recruitment and establishment of central back office sales organization, closure of six branches across the country, stakeholder communications).
